I was looking for an experienced coach, happy to challenge me in exploring my motivations, aspirations and directions. Nathalie is warm and engaging. She builds rapport and trust very quickly, creating a comfortable and relaxed coaching environment which made for very productive sessions from the beginning. Nathalie is an excellent listener, observant and perceptive. She has the skill to frame and ask perceptive, non-judgemental questions, at the right time to facilitate your thought processes and help you clarify your actions. I took outputs from our sessions and applied them directly in my working environment and beyond. Whilst I have so far benefitted from Nathalie’s coaching expertise I value her wider holistic approach. I heartily recommend Nathalie as a coach.
When I first met her, I was going through a hard time (divorce, bereavement, depression) and I was completely lost. Nathalie worked with me, helping me get back on my feet using the palette of tools at her disposal: coaching, mindfulness, meditation but also reflexology, massage and reiki. I have attended and completed Meditation and Mindfulness course with Nathalie and I could not recommend her enough. When I first met Nathalie I was full of disappointment in myself, a lack of self worth and I felt that I was in complete turmoil. I knew I needed to make changes but I didn’t know where to start.
No matter how many questions I asked in the hope that Nathalie would answer them for me she encouraged me to work it out for myself. As a result of this I am beginning to understand and accept my feelings, beliefs and emotions. I have addressed myself. Consequently I am noticing a change in how I deal with things, there’s a shift in my thought process.
I choose to be in control of and take responsibility of my reactions and my decisions, taking ownership and creating some important boundaries for myself. It feels good!

I attended Nathalie’s mindfulness and meditation course not long ago and I must say that she is absolutely amazing. I have tried meditating in the past but I have never managed to establish a meditation routine but with Nathalie’s help and expertise, I now do. Her positive energy is infectious and makes you feel calm and healthier. One thing that I liked in particular was that she broke down everything into small steps which made it seem very easy.
